Just help me to Copy/past text from anywhere to Photoshop

Hi , i search simple solution to have possibilities to copy texte from anywhere ( email / sms / web ) with cmd+c and there are smart action to convert text to plain text automatically and when a type cmd+v ( past plain text no html )

 

it's possible with alfred ?

 

in real i work with photoshop and ever I receive information from message or mail and i must copy text form and past to photoshop ( but photoshop accept only simple text .. ever U copy form email i past from simple text editor I re copy new text and past to photoshop  so it's very complicated ..
