Updated to 2.8.1: all prefs, workflows and themes gone

Surprisingly, when I updated through the Alfred app today to 2.8.1, all my workflows and preferences and themes were gone. I'm now trying to restore them. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Surprisingly, when I updated through the Alfred app today to 2.8.1, all my workflows and preferences and themes were gone. I'm now trying to restore them. Any thoughts? Thanks.

 

Nothing relating to preferences has changed in version 2.8.1 so here are a few things to take a look at on your Mac:

 

1. Is your Powerpack still active? Check the Powerpack tab in Alfred's preferences. Email info@alfredapp com if you have any license-related issues.

 

2. Do you sync your preferences? If so, check that Dropbox is still correctly set up on your Mac, and that your preferences file is selected in Alfred's preferences under the Advanced tab.

 

If you've recently set up your Mac or reinstalled Dropbox, it's possible that your existing preferences file wasn't found and Alfred created a new one. If you can provide more details, I'll be happy to help you out
