Are you referring to launching apps using hotkeys using Alfred or just launching apps found in search results?

I am having the same problem. How do you setup hotkeys for apps and URL as I did in V1 using the keyboard

Alfred Pref -> Workflows -> + (on bottom left side) -> Templates -> Files and Apps -> Launch File group from Hotkey

 

Then click hotkey box to set up the hotkey. After, click Launch Apps/Files box and dray App there

 

URL similar except instead of Files and Apps, there's Web and URL
