Compatibility with El Capitain & Issues Reporting

First of all kudos to all the workflow programmers ;-)

 

Is there a way to know if a workflow is compatible with El Capitain (as I cannot see any "check boxes " for El Capitain in the compatibility box within Packal) and also if one finds an issue with a workflow what is the best way to report the bug?

There’s no automated way, no, you need to ask. It’s extremely rare that a workflow won’t run on the latest OS X version, though.

 

if one finds an issue with a workflow what is the best way to report the bug?

Post about it either on the workflow’s github page or on its forum posting. Never open a new forum post (as it makes for extra noise and is very unlikely the developer will see it) or email the developer directly (unless they specifically say it’s OK).

Seems that the solution to the problem I was facing with one of the workflow was actually resolved within the workflow forum posting ;-)
