Workflow for displaying sports scores?

Are there any workflows out there for reporting sports scores? Would it be possible for someone to create one? I'd do it, but I know nothing about scripts and APIs and stuff, and I think it would require knowledge above my level.

The workflows would rely on a website offering its scores information in a format that can be consumed by an external service. If there are sites you know and like that offer a way for third-parties to do this, you may be able to find fellow sports fans who can help you create a workflow
