Looking at your screenshot, you're still using the very old Alfred version 1 from the Mac App Store, which is no longer supported, and doesn't include Powerpack features.

 

You can download Alfred 2 for free from our website, which includes the Netherlands in the country list, and is far better than v1

Alfred 3 is currently in beta and will be available fairly soon too, and I'm sure you'll enjoy the new and up-to-date features!

Yes it is. It's right there in your screenshot between Thailand and Turkey.
