asmodeus Posted March 15, 2013 Share Posted March 15, 2013 Hey there, in v1 I'm using a script to call phone numbers directly from the contacts feature with our company's internal VoIP system. For various reasons, I cannot use a URL scheme directly. How do I do this in v2? It seems the contacts feature there does not let me run scripts (or workflows?) on a phone number. jdfwarrior Posted March 15, 2013 Share Posted March 15, 2013 Good sir, You can do it still, its just set up a little differently. Create a new workflow, add a Trigger->Contact Action item. Give that a name, and then setup an Action->Run Script item. Connect them together and make it so that that script would execute the command you want. Then go back to the Contacts area and add a custom action, set the field to run it against, and now in the drop box for what to do with the data, your contact action should be available there in the drop box.
