mdorfin
Hi, I've installed the ReadKit app a few days ago, but Alfred can't find it. I've installed a new app today and the same behavior of the Alfred. What is wrong?
vitor
Where are the apps located, /Applications? If you open Alfred’s Preferences, in Features → Default Results → Search Scope, is the directory where the apps are, listed? Also try (again, in Alfred’s Preferences) Advanced → Clear Application Cache, and if that doesn’t work, Advanced → Rebuild OS X metadata.
mdorfin
Thanks. I am doing rebuild right now. Does the app require Spotlight to be switched on? Edited June 16, 2016 by mdorfin
vitor
Does the app require Spotlight to be switched on? Yes. Alfred uses Spotlight’s metadata. Edited June 16, 2016 by Vítor
