How to document workflows?

I see in the example flows there is text below each tile to document the flow. This is very helpful. I'd like use this as well. I can see by editing the plist file that it's a <note> but aside from editing the plist file directly, I had hoped to edit this value in alfred directly. However, I can't find anywhere to do this. 

 

At the very leasts, I'd like to 'clear them out' as I've copy/pasted different examples from the tutorials and I the comments, which are great, no longer apply.
