search shows applications from outside of search scope

1. Search Scope has "Include folders in Home" unchecked

2. ~/GitHub is not included in search scope

3. Typing GitHub does not show the ~/GitHub folder

4. However, .app files located within sub-directories of ~/GitHub do show up in search results when typed text matches the app name.
