Searching for the oldest file containing a keyword

Hi All,

I'm trying to implement a custom search that will find the first mention of a particular keyword in a file or email, and will return the file in question. DOes anyone have any suggestions as to how to do this (or a link if it has already discussed - I couldnt find anything searching the forum.
