Open website on different domain depending on Argument

I currently have a very simple workflow that opens a website admin of the many site I manage. The URL is always the same with the domain being the only variable. 

 

Keyword: WP

Open URL: http://www.{query}.com/wp-admin

 

For example:

wp website = http://www.website1.com/wp-admin

wp websitetwo = http://www.website2.com/wp-admin

 

I would like help improving this workflow by being able to perform the following:

wp 1 = http://www.website1.com/wp-admin

wp 2 = http://www.website2.com/wp-admin
