I was able to install bundlr, but I'm not sure how to do step 1- open the workflow.

For future Googlers, the steps read:

 

* open the workflow in terminal
* make sure you have `bundler` installed - http://bundler.io/
* in the workflow directory run `bundle install --standalone` which installs the `2.3.0` gems in `bundle/ruby/2.3.0`.

Same here, I was able to install bundler, but I didn't understand what does mean the steps 1 and 3

So I'm still stuck
