Quick hack to open iTerm2 profiles by the full profile name. To open a terminal window/tab using the profile 'myProfile' just type 'term myProfile'. If that profile is already open then it will select that window/tab. If not it will open a new window/tab. Nothing fancy here but it is all I needed.
