  1. Just upgraded from 2.0.2 to 2.0.3 and every key press turns into two characters in the Alfred search window. I’ve rebooted, nuked Alfred, and restarted and it persists. I used 2.0.2 heavily and didn’t see this problem. Any ideas or way to downgrade?

  2. You may find adding the specific paths to the items you need will work. Unlike folders outside of a bundle, it doesn't look like OS X's metadata server recursively searches when looking in a bundle.

I'm not looking for anything recursive. It should fine files in the top level of that path. Here's another path I entered:

    /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Extras/Applications

The folder contains 15 applications and Alfred doesn't find any of them.

  3. I've used Safari bookmark searching for a long time in Alfred v1, but in v2, it's suddenly stopped working. In Default Results > Essentials, Bookmarks - Safari is checked.

The only thing I've done recently is create two workflows, one to open Xcode projects and one to open files created by a specific application.

I've tried toggling this pref on and off and also tried cleared the cache and rebuilt metadata.

    Any ideas?

  5. Alfred v2, although I can reproduce this in the last v1 version I was using.

    1. I have files with 11 character file extensions

    2. I've located the files either on the desktop (I have Include folders in Home checked) or I've located them at a path specified in the search scope

    3. In the same location, I've also placed text files created by TextEdit

    4. I bring up Alfred and type "find <name of file>" for one of the text files and Alfred finds it

    5. I type "find <name of file with long extension>" and Alfred does NOT find it (I'm tying the filename without the extension)

The TextEdit files either have txt or rtf extensions. I can't change the file extension because the application uses many file extensions to represent different types of saved queries. I can't include the files due to privacy reasons.
