I did nothing but this problem just solved itself. Sorry for the trouble Andrew, I think I was being impatient.

This issue has been reported multiple times but none of the solutions mentioned in those reports worked for me.

Alfred version: Alfred 4.5 [1253]

macOS version: macOS Big Sur Version 11.4

Problem:

No Application coming up in Default Results of Alfred. Spotlight is working fine.

I have attached the screenshot and troubleshooting output for the Safari app but this is the same for almost all of my Applications.
