It's probably worth mentioning that you must "Enable access for assistive devices" in "System Preferences" -> "Accessibility" !
After this, this workflow worked perfectly!

My first workflow. For Retina MacBook Pro users only a quick way to switch between Best for Retina and the maximum More Space resolution
