So to clarify, when you look in Alfred's contact viewer, you see the facebook email address as the top listed item?

 

This is strange and I'm going to try and reproduce this behaviour, however, Alfred simply asks OS X's contacts for all related records for a particular person... for some reason in your case, OS X is returning the facebook contact as the primary contact. Alfred is just respecting this order and not choosing a primary record himself.

 

I wonder if you de-link facebook, then re-link it, if that fixes the issue?

Yes, fb email is top listed item. I unlinked and relinked, and the issue remains.

No, in Contacts.app, they are in this order:

tim@gmail.com

tim@facebook.com

(I can't see a way to move them, or make one the primary one)

However, the order is different in Alfred - facebook.com is first and default.

Even if I have 5 email addresses, the Facebook one will be the default in Alfred.

I've synced my contacts with facebook (using system preferences > mail, contacts & calendars > facebook).

Whenever I try to email someone using Alfred - for instance "email tim" - it will open the new email with the the 'tim@facebook.com' address filled in.

I basically NEVER EVER want to use the facebook email addresses.

I know I can make Alfred show the 'Contacts Viewer', but this slows thing down a bit. How would I set the default email, or just get Alfred to never use Facebook?
