iMac freezing while searching in Discussion & Help Posted April 23, 2023 When I search for something Alfred asks me for system permissions and I no longer have access to my machine. I can no longer click anywhere and even if the computer continues to work I can't do anything. This happens to me randomly, even after searching for various things, asking me for permissions for the Desktop and Downloads. Permissions which I have already given and addititionally Alfred has access to the entire disk. I don't know what to do anymore. If it happens again I will remove Alfred.

When I search for something Alfred asks me for system permissions and I no longer have access to my machine.

This happens to me randomly, even after searching for various things, asking me for permissions for the Desktop and Downloads.
