Alfred's workflows don't use the local environment, so a network based workflow needs to be aware of the proxy specifically. I had a bit of a look but can't see them at the moment, there are a few workarounds discussed on this forum though.

 

I have a ticket to investigate making this easier in workflows in the future

Hi, does your problem solved? Recently, I met the same problem as you did. I don't know how to get the alfred environment to use the system proxy configuration. I will be appreciate if you could give any solution. Thank you.

Recently, I need to bring my MBP to office. But when I use Alfred2 I found the all the workflows can't work.

The office network need to set http(s) or sock proxy. I've alread set the http and https proxy. 

But, everything is Ok in my home network.
