I've never used Jdownloader2 personally but do you know if it has some form of command line interface that would allow you to pass a url in? Or does it have an AppleScript library that would provide support for doing this?

Honestly, I don't know the first thing about scripting, but someone did make a script that would read an RSS feed and send the feed to download here:

Has anyone ever tried to use an Alfred workflow to pass a copied link into Jdownloader2 to have it queue up the download?
