You'll have to excuse me as i've not done much with AppleScript or Alfred workflows but i'd like to use a list of text objects (I believe this is the term Apple uses for them) as a list of options for use with an Alfred workflow i'm writing. From what i've read on the forums Alfred currently only supports XML is this true?

I made just this for Chrome http://www.alfredforum.com/topic/4223-very-simple-chrome-refresh/ You should be able to just swap Chrome for Safari in the apple script and it should work, it will loop through all the open windows and refresh the active tab of each of them.

Does what it says on the tin, allows you to refresh the active tab on all Chrome windows opened via the "refresh" keyword. Just uses a simple AppleScript to loop through them all and reload each active tab. https://github.com/Phunky/Chrome-refresh-workflow/releases Doing a fair bit of responsive work atm so tend to have a number of chrome windows open on my second monitor in various emulation modes and this allows me to easily refresh them all at once. Others may find it useful.
