Yes I have a blue border. When I enter control+option+command and "a" that then gets into the box . but still, if I press command+space that does not show

I would like to use the command & space keys for that and freed up spotlight from those . but I cannot enter anything in the hotkey field.

I have macbook air version Catalina and purchased Alfred 4 I cannot change the given hot key to open Alfred which is option space How can I fix this
