    Hello! Not sure if this should be posted here or in the "bug reports" section, but Alfred cannot find any native apps on my new mac. I am running alfred 4.1 build 1167 on Mac OS catalina 10.15.6. I've tried rebuilding metadata, typing reload into Alfred, and have granted it all the specified permissions on the permissions page.
