Hi,
Let's say I have word, vscode, and chrome open and each on a different desktop. I use to be able to press open alfred, type in the name of the app and press enter. Then my desktop would switch to that app. Or if the app was minimized it would open. Or if i'm on the same desktop but the app is behind another window it would bring it forward.
for the past month or so this feature has stopped. I can type the name of the app and it won't bring them forward, it won't switching desktop. Nothing. If the app is not open it'll open it but that's it. Sometimes I even have to do that once or twice but that is rare and we can say it might be a lag.
It happens all the time.

Oh how would I be able to send keystrokes to it? That would help me out a bit until they make the api.
thank you for taking the time to guide me on this. -
This is a response I got from them:
QuoteStack is based on electron and that makes integrating extensions a very tedious process as we have to integrate each extension one by one. The plan is to rewrite stack on native in the future that will allow us to have support for all extensions. However, unfortunately that will not be any time soon. Therefore, meanwhile to accommodate the needs of most of our users, we have decided to do a small poll in the Feature Request Card. And the extensions which get the most upvotes will be integrated now.
This is where you can find the feature request card. [then screenshots]so I guess that means there is nothing I can do to pass it to Alfred

Thank you @vitor!
The application is stack browser and I reached out to them yesterday and awaiting their reply.
I couldn't find any documentation on their website but just in case I missed it here's a link to their site:

I'm using an app called Stackers and you press ctrl+T to bring up list of windows that are open in the app and you can then search for the application that you want to open (say whatsapp, messages, or youtube...).
I want to be able to use alfred to search and jump into apps that are open in that application and I'm confused on the workflow that it would go. What workflow would I use to pass a shortcut key into another app and pull info that's providing from it?
I tried googling it but I think I'm missing key terms to maybe describe the problem because I couldn't find anything much helpful. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
thank you

So I have not changed anything in Alfred but recently when I type "Documents" instead of bringing "Documents" folder it brings up postgres documents in a very random file that i have never even visited or opened before.
Some random programs don't come up and so much more.
I re-index everything in spotlight 3 weeks ago but no improvements. All the files and folders in spotlight that was selected to search within has stayed the same and same thing for Alred settings. I don't know what is going on.
