I just purchased Bartender 4 and found out they have a spotlight type search to search your menu bar items. I wonder if this can be integrated with Alfred, but could not find anything.
Is there a workflow for that?

I'm used to sublime's cmd + d text selection keybind and i want it OS wide.
I know that macOS only has the ability to select left left of the cursor and right of the cursor until the beginning (shift + cmd + <-) or end of the word (shift + cmd + ->). How can I use Alfred to automate this?

It worked, without requiring going on to the post by @Vero .
I'd like to accept your answer as a solution and I'm not sure how.
Thanks all
Sidenote: Enabling markdown support and stuff like upvotes and accepting answers would be cool

Arrows key shortcuts for folder navigation modify the Show Actions Arrow option

@Vero but how do I action folders when using the "Use ← and → for folder navigation" for navigation? I like it a lot better, because it's quicker to use the arrow keys fist layer only for navigation, but now I don't understand how to action a folder / file anymore. It just says that the default was →, but not what the default is when using arrow keys for navigation.
Okay got it: It's in the Universal Actions panel > General. There are 4 options to choose from. I selected ->| / Tab symbol. Shift + Tab is now autocomplete path.
