Bumped into this today. I have a workflow that uses a List Filter to ask whether I want to include a link, and then a keyword node to inquire the link. If I don't want to have a link, I need the above workaround as without, when not selecting to include a link, the Alfred window remains open.
I only learned about this today, which is more than 3 years that the workflow worked as intended. Just today, I had to update all my workflows and include a modifier to close the window. I'm very puzzled about this...

While I have never had to use this before, it seems this is solving the issue:
https://www.alfredapp.com/help/workflows/utilities/hide-alfred/
Very strange as I never had to this, and now I need to change a LOT of workflows. Not a great experience to be honest...
Is there any reason why this was not required for all these years, and now it does?

Hi there!
Been a long time Alfred user, and never had issues until today!
Today, even after a computer restart, I noticed that my workflows using a List Filter action are no longer working.
I'm using an:
1. Input > keyword
2. Input > keyword
3. Args & Vars
4. List filter
5. etc
Screenshot with debugger: https://cdn.zappy.app/56c1cb7b67cea2fe3afc8175ffcb6303.png
Only when I remove the args & vars step and I sent text, then remove it from the next search bar entry, it will show the list filter. I've not seen this issue once before.
This workflow is basically launching when I launch Alfred, type in the keyword to launch this workflow, then asks for the title of a todo, and then asks whether I want to include a note. The latter is the list filter action, and I'm no longer seeing that.
If it helps: macOS 12.6 and MBP 14" 2021.
Is this because of a recently changed list filter logic change? Or am I using List Filter wrongly, even though it's been working for the last 3 years without any changes made to it?
Thanks!

Hi @vitor,
Thanks for the follow-up!
If I don't need the modifier, and I can use the utility, how can I have the window remain open for path one, and closed for path two?
The workflow can be downloaded here: https://cdn.zappy.app/296e6ea8fb5cfaef75b78d10dee312d0.zip
If I understand how this test workflow should work, I should:
1. Be able to add a note, assign it to a variable, select "yes" and then add a link, output is Path One
2. Be able to add a note, assign it to a variable, select "no" and it should output Path Two and close the Alfred window
I'm only able to close the Alfred window if I enter CMD + return (even though I didn't specify any modifier in this workflow). How come it only closes when using the CMD modifier?
How would I set up the workflow that for path one, the window remains open and I can add a link (keyword input), and how it close when selecting "No" in the List Filter action? Thanks!
