@Vero Updated to 5.0.4 [20930]. With Alfred Reset to either Full Disk or Application and Home, I can find files within Dropbox. With Alfred Reset to Alfred Defaults, I CANNOT find files within Dropbox. This is the successful diagnostics: Starting Diagnostics... Yep. This issue renders Alfred useless for me as most of the files I use Alfred to look up are backed by Dropbox 😞

@Vero I did not setup any `online-only` files yet. All the files are offline. Spotlight finds Dropbox files normally. When I move a file from Dropbox to `~/Downloads`, Alfred finds it immediately. Once I move the file back to Dropbox, Alfred does not find it anymore.

@Vero Yes, everything works as normal. Dropbox files stopped appearing in the Alfred's search results after I've upgraded Dropbox to `v159.4.5870` which moved files from `~/Dropbox` to `~/Library/CloudStorage/Dropbox`.

@Stephen_C Yes, I am getting the same result from the troubleshooter too - all green.

Run exactly into the same issue with Alfred 5.0.3 on Intel macOS 12.6 🤕
