@Vero with the new version, after moving the Dropbox files, the standard search scope does NOT find them, the "Reset to Apps and Home" DOES find them Thanks for following up - not sure if other users will know where to look when they lose their files, but at least you are providing an easy fix Appreciate the help and speed of reactivity

@vitor @Vero @Andrew Thanks for taking this seriously. I upgraded Alfred, logged out of Dropbox, logged back in. Looks I got back the "old Dropbox" which means Alfred works again. I will therefore wait for a final resolution until I move my Dropbox to a new location.

I have the exact same issue. Macbook Pro latest gen, Alfred 5.0.3, Ventura 13.0 just installed, new Dropbox 159.4.5870, I added Dropbox to the search scope but Alfred can't see any files stored in Dropbpx. Not using the version where files disappear online. All these files were being routinely found before. Spotlight finds the files with no issue. Alfred diagnostics sees no issue. Seems you need to check this for yourself with latest Dropbpx, and fix this behavior asap. Many thanks.
