rjames86
I find myself always searching on Yelp for good restaurants and cafes. I used the new script filter to pull live results for Yelp searches within Alfred 2. Right now you'll need to manually set your own city within the script filter here: If anyone has any suggestions on how to make that flow better for choosing your default city, definitely let me know. You can download the Yelp search here Link to comment
GamerChase
Without changing anything, it's stuck on "Searching..." Link to comment
rjames86
Ok, re-download the script and it should work for you. BeautifulSoup isn't a default library, so now it's local to the workflow. Edited March 17, 2013 by Ryan M Link to comment
GamerChase
Sorry to report, it's still not working for me. Still stuck on Searching Link to comment
rjames86
So sorry about that. Looks like simplejson isn't a default library on Mac OS. I updated the script. I promise this time it'll work Link to comment
MNicoletti
Changing the "city" in the Script Filter didn't do anything (i.e. Yelp still only showed restaurants in San Francisco); but I did get it to work when I changed the "find_loc=" variable in the Open URL action. Link to comment

Great catch. Fixed and updated the script. Link to comment
GamerChase
Updated it for use in Canada, so I changed yelp.com to yelp.ca, and fixed the city to "Toronto, ON {postal code}" Worked like a charm. Awesome, thanks! Link to comment
Donovan
The download link appears to be invalid. Can anyone provide an updated download link? Link to comment

rjames86
Hi there Ryan, both links appear to be broken. Unfortunately Yelp killed the endpoints for how I was pulling this information. The workflow no longer works. Sorry about that Link to comment
jerman885
No problem, thanks for the reply. Link to comment
