Show recent audio files (AIFF, WAV)?

I want to create an Alfred workflow, where I simply list the most recent/edited audio files (filetypes AIFF and WAV).

I want to sort it with the most recently edited/changed file first.

I am not at all good at scripting, anyone have an idea where I might start?
