Alfred looses focus on window? Strange behavior

Alfred's behavior is kinda strange after perfoming a Web Search. It works like a charm but after browser (Safari) opens, I cannot do anything, keyboard and mouse are not working on that window. I have to Press Cmd+Tab twice to make it work. It seems like Alfred opens browser somehow looses focus on window it opens or something. Can I fix it?

I'm experiencing the same issue. Even running a simple command like calculations on Alfred will result in "lost focus" of the current app. I have to Cmd+Tab twice to gain focus control of the app. E.g. workflow as follows

 

1. While editing this post on Safari

2. Then I hit on the Alfred Hotkey

3. Then I do a simple calculation say 100*0.34 = and I copy the results by hitting on the Return Key

4. Alfred window vanishes (Expected result)

5. Caret continues to blink in Safari (Expected result)

6. Running commands like paste (cmd+v) will result in screen flashing (Bug)

7. Hitting Cmd+Tab twice resolves issue (poor workaround)
