Some installed apps not found when searching

I'm having an issue where many of the apps that I have installed in a standard way under Applications don't show when searching through Alfred.

Some examples: Firefox, VLC, Sublime Text...

Almost everything in my setup is vanilla and I didn't setup anything custom

Alfred: 4.3.2 [1221]

MacOS: 11.2.3
