Index my workflows, create HTML and publish

TL;DR: Index my workflows,
 

So, a buddy of mine and myself each have some great Alfred Workflows - and wanted to share them intelligently - it's not enough to say "Oh, I have a workflow that does Xyz" - but where did I get it? What does it do?

 

I want to be able to have Alfred autogenerate:

 

• A list of all my installed workflows
• A list of the URLs of where they came from or a URL from their author
• A batch download from those locations.

Sure, while I wish for everything - compare two lists and give me a list of just what I don't have installed.

 

Or is that functionality already there and I don't know it?
