Trigger workflow with double return

I would like to trigger a workflow with two consecutive return key taps. 

 

I can do so with any other keys by assigning a workflow trigger keyword, but seems the return key is not possible for this.

 

Any means to do this? Thx

 

My use case for this: Slack expects Option-Return to send a message. I would like to map that to double return. I built a simple workflow to emit Option-Return if Slack is the active application. I just need the double return tap for the snippet trigger now.
