ChatGPT for extraction information from local files

Hi, 

Is there any possibility (if so, any workflow) to extract information from the local personal files on the computer?

 

For example, I have notes from a meeting about (e.g.) a project with Jane, where we talked about (e.g.) a pen belonging to Joe, and it is written in the notes.

If I ask ChatFred: "What was the color of Joe's pen?", would it be able to extract the info from that meeting notes file, even if it is not linked, nor is the topic included "Joe"?
