Copy url from hyperlink to workflow?

I'm trying to create a workflow that uses as an input the URL under a hyperlink. So, on a webpage I would ordinarily right click on some hyperlinked text, and then click "copy link address." I could then run a workflow based on the present clipboard. However, I would really like to skip the part where I click "copy link address" and just immediately get the relevant URL into the workflow. Is there any way to do that or is that beyond present Alfred capabilities? Thanks!
