Expand Alfred output console

Is it possible to specify the max length of the output on the console or specify something like auto-expand of the output?

Not reliably. You can make the font size smaller in the theme.

 

However, if you want to provide reliable error reporting, then you can try to split the error between the title and the subtitle or have it written out to STDERR, which will show up in the debug console.
