Hotkey for Finder window

Hi, 

 

I am trying to make a workflow that does the following: 

 

To open a finder window. 

If no finder window exist, THEN create one with that opens "All My Files" 

If one exist THEN focus on it (ie. bring it to the foreground) and not create a new window. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.
