It's here - ~/Library/Application Support/Alfred/Workflow Data/mr.pennyworth.betterDicts.

After you uninstall workflow, you can delete this folder.

I fixed wrong permissions on my config files and now Alfred start in the background.

I mean Preferences.

- macOS 12.2.1

- Alfred 4.6.3 [1285]

- I can't exactly remember

- Settings are stored in default location - but I think there is something with this folder, because I also faced issues with other apps like Bartender.

When I check Launch Alfred at login, it means it will add Alfred into Login tab under Settings, Users and groups?

few weeks ago I mentioned, that every time I reboot my Mac, Alfred windows keep opening to me. As I remember, Alfred always started silently. Even I quit it and then launch again on booted macOS, it will start without its window.

Where can be issue?

This workflow looks very good. But not work with my czech number.

I have contacts with numbers "+420 XXX XXX XXX" format so its 12 numbers.

Go into your workflow folder(right click workflow and click "Open in Finder") and open "alfred.py".

There you'll find these 2 lines:

        True: '~/Library/Caches/com.runningwithcrayons.Alfred-2/Workflow Data',
        False: '~/Library/Application Support/Alfred 2/Workflow Data'

Replace "Alfred-2" with "Alfred-3" and "/Alfred 2/" with "/Alfred 3/"

 

then it works again

You also need to replace Alfred-2 with Alfred-3. This is very easy to do if your editor supports multiple file find & replace.

 

This is working for me until people get round to updating.

I didn't find what I have to edit.

It's look like I need to go back to Alfred 2.

I have the same problem

I just reinstalled all Alfred 3 from scratch (cleaned all settings) and still same problem.

I just completly reinstalled Alfred 3 with cleaned settings.

Still same behaviour. I have same problem with Evernote workflow. I think this will be Alfred 3 related.

I have problem with this workflow on Alfred 3. When I type ent and space, instead of searching in evernote I can see google search. It's only me, or global problem? I have same issue with ssh workflow. I'm start thinking about settings reset of Alfred.

My most used SSH workflow (     SSH with smart hostname autocompletion    ) not working in Alfred 3 .

Very great workflow, that I use every day.

But recently I updated to Alfred 3 and this workflow stop working.

Is there any easy fix for it?
