  1. @vitor, yes, it's trivial to invoke Python3 using one of the methods you mentioned. But that also holds true for php, ruby, python2, etc listed in that menu. Why give them special support but not Python3? In any case, thanks for documenting the options and taking the time to reply. Appreciated.
  2. I just gotta add that it seems really, really lame on the part of the developers to not provide an easy way to invoke python3. The "Script Filter" and "Run Script" both have drop-downs to choose your language. Both have "/usr/bin/python" disabled on Monterey. It seems nearly trivial to add /usr/bin/python3 to that list.
  3. I had the same issue. Upgrading to the most recent version of Alfred solved it. Note that in Catalina Apple has moved those first-party apps to a read-only partition of the file system. Finder knows where they are and continues to display them in the "expected" location (/Applications) even though they are really in /System/Applications. If you use Terminal or Forklift you have to look in /System/Applications to find them.
