Thank you for the quick reply! Indeed, the files were transferred using the Migration Assistant. Step 2 of your guide fixed the problem with finding the apps in my "custom" apps folder. Some stuff in /Applications still didn't turn up, so I rebuilt the index once more (I noticed that Terminal did not have Full Disk Access yet, so I guess my previous attempt didn't work because of that). Now Alfred is finding all apps again, thanks!

I recently migrated to a new Mac Studio (from an Intel Mac) and now Alfred isn't finding some apps any more. Most of them are in a custom folder (that I've added to Alfred's search index), but some are in `/Applications`. Using the File Search troubleshooting, they show up okay (see attached report). Apps that Alfred is not finding include /Applications/Wireshark.app, but it does find /Applications/WhatsApp.app. It doesn't find any of the apps in my custom apps directory (the report below is from that directory, attached screenshot shows the settings page). I've tried: Reinstalling Alfred. Clearing the Application Cache. Rebuilt the macOS metadata. Alfred 4.6.4, macOS 12.3, Mac Studio M1 Max Starting Diagnostics...
