I sorted out the issue shortly after posting by restarting my computer. No idea what caused it in the first place. Sorry I didn't update here sooner.

Dear Alfred, I have recently installed Microsoft Edge on my MacBook but it is not being indexed at all by Alfred. I haven't seen anyone else report this issue.
