  1. Indeed the new 10.11 GM release somehow broke this workflow. Whether or not it works on the official El Capitan release, I guess we'll have to wait.

I am also wondering if this workflow works as normal on the latest developer beta (10.11.1).

  2. If you download and fix that bug, I'll happily update it to a newer version.. otherwise, maybe I'll take a crack at it later tonight.

Update 4:16 PM : I found the bug, and fixed it.. apparently "MacBookPro11,3" wasn't in the HardwareIcons.xml .. I added it.  If anyone has any other ID's, let me know and we can add them too.

Is there any way, i.e., to change the logic to speed up the whole enquiry process?

I tried this workflow out of internet, and it's quick and responsive despite the absence of production year. However, once connecting to internet, it has a delay of around 3-4s to display the info, which is quite annoying.

  3. Great workflow. It can show the current volume which is what I want.

However, the execution is slow, e.g., once you input the value quick enough, the workflow will somehow swallow the last digit. The mainbar input and the execution subtext is not simultaneous.

  4. It's using search by images.

I have searched around, but there isn't one yet.

For a selected image file,  "⌥+⌘+\" will bring up Alfred actions window, I'd like to see search by image action  listed there. Hope it can be implemented.

Or, if anyone has a better solution, or even got similar workflow already, please share with me, thank you.

  5. If you read further up in the thread, you'll notice that the workflow author hasn't really been around, and, so, unless he shows back up, it's best to think of this amazing workflow as abandonware, meaning that feature requests won't happen.

Hope someone would pick it up and upload to Packal, make it long live.

  6. This is a superb workflow.

Would it be possible to introduce an "UNDO" feature to revert the previous action?

    Add one more Q:

How can i be able to move the fixed sized window, like iTunes?

Scenario: Random sized iTunes is open, now I need to make it half screen and put it to the right. If I use set command (half right screen), the iTunes windows will exceed the screen. I know I can handle it by using a second move command afterwards, but not efficient.

If the coordinates onset can be chosen, the problem can be easily solved.

I am looking for a one-command option for this. Any idea?

    Thanks

  7. With the Powerpack, you can absolutely do that work Workflows. Are you a Powerpack member?

    Hi David,

Similarly, is it possible to directly search the selected Local image from google image search?

Haven't seen such a workflow, could you be able to create one? And yes, another Powerpack supporter here.

  8. What theme are you using? I'd like one, if you can share?

I just installed LaunchRocket on my laptop and I can't find it using Alfred. Is this possible? Do I need any specific add-on for it?

I just learned that Homebrew-cask has Alfred integration built in.

Use this command to link the casks to Alfred. They also have a dedicate section for Alfred Integration

    brew cask alfred link

As a result, I'd love if Alfred can display the icon to reflect what's in the Preferences but this work nicely.oDz3uIe.png

  9. There is "Mountain", but not free.  I would think that such a workflow for Alfred would have to monitor the /Volumes directory constantly to see changes, and this might not be desired behaviour.

I too would like Mount/Unmount behaviour added to Alfred, this IS a different and NEEDED command for those of us with externals under desks that are always on and connected.

I see. Thanks for pointing out the undesired issue.

That Mountain app is exactly what I want.
