Alfred 2 does not update 1Password4’s Login Items.

Thanks that pointed me in the right direction. Removing the App Store versions of the 1Password data (I'm using a beta version now) fixed it for me. rm -r ~/Library/Containers/2BUA8C4S2C.com.agilebits.onepassword-osx-helper rm -r ~/Library/Containers/com.agilebits.onepassword-osx Uncheck and recheck "Discover Automatically" -
