Hotkeys and System Commands

I have my caps lock key remapped so it triggers shift+control+option+command. I use it as a means to avoid hotkey conflicts. At the moment I have “Eject All” triggered by shift+control+option+command+E. I was hoping to use shift+control+option+command+Q to quit all apps, but alfred won’t accept it when I try to assign it. I thought it might be an issue of having a hotkey that includes command+q but alfred will accept control+option+command+q so that might not be it?  Any help would be appreciated. I can seemingly assign shift+control+option+command+ pretty much any other key except “q”.
