CMD + mouse wheel

Hi,

I am trying to use CMD + mouse wheel up/down as a trigger for a workflow but am unable to figure this out.

 

Help would be appreciated.

1. mouse wheel up/down is not keyboard-key.

2. not support as a trigger.

Thanks, I figured it doesn't work that way. Feels odd to me, would have expected this to work somehow. Any workarounds? Alfred seems like the obvious choice to me.
