Copy text and URL to Clipboard

Here's what I'm looking to do.  Anybody ever seen anything like this before?

 

1. select text of interest
2. press hotkey to invoke modified copy to clipboard workflow - copies selected text to clipboard and the URL the text is found on

The format in the clipboard would be as follows:

 

{Paragraph of the text that has been copied}  

 

Sourced from : {http:// URL here}

Would the selected text be coming from a site? Where is the URL coming from?
