custom search workflow for a site without search field

Hi

I'd like to do a custom search for a site that has not a search field, the site is http://easypodcast.it

I mean this kind of search with google:

site://www.easypodcast.it {query}

 

If I try to create a workflow for a search like this I obtain a red text and I can't save my workflow (like in the attachment img)

 

Do you know how to fix this?

You need to enter a valid URL there, and site:// isn't one. It is what you type into Google's search box, but it's not what you need here.

 

If you go to Google's advanced search and do a search for "testing" on "www.alfredforum.com", then the base of your URL will look like this:

https://www.google.com/search?as_sitesearch=www.alfredforum.com&as_q=testing

(I did strip away most of the inconsequential items).

 

Here's a more abstracted version:

https://www.google.com/search?as_sitesearch={WEBSITE_TO_SEARCH}&as_q={query}

So, what you will want is:

https://www.google.com/search?as_sitesearch=www.easypodcast.it&as_q={query}
