Keyboard navigation in action menu

Assuming that, with an item selected in Finder, I enter the action menu and then the "Open With…" command, how can I use the keyboard to navigate back to the list of commands and select another one (e.g. "Email To…")? As far as I can tell, I need to close the Alfred pop up completely, and start the procedure from scratch.

That is correct if you are going to the actions panel from a selected item in Finder. If you had navigated or searched for it in Alfred and then visited the actions list and selected Open With, you could press Esc to go back to the result list (or file list if you were in navigation mode).
